Introducing the Mates Against Melanoma-The Jason Sprott Foundation Limited’s board of directors, we are taking action to make a difference in people lives.

The board of directors all have a common cause, and together we are all determined, motivated and committed to doing what it takes to achieve our charitable purposes.

  • Jason Sprott

    Jason Sprott


    Jason has over 30 years experience working in the hospitality, events, music and media industries, and for the better part of 26 of those years were in management positions, within Sony Music Australia, International Productions, Austereo Network, ALH and ARQ Sydney.

    During this time, he has been a successful concert promoter working alongside some of the world’s most respected musicians and entertainers, he also has experience as a successful and small business owner. He continue’s to dedicate his time by volunteering to the foundation to help other melanoma patients, and prevent as many people as possible from contracting this disease.

    Michelle has over 25 years experience in hospitality and retail senior management and these include management positions at some of the most iconic and historic hotels and clubs in Sydney, Grosvenor Club limited (The Taxi Club) , Beresford Hotel and the Shift bar. During this time Michelle’s experience at board level with business and financial reporting. Michelle has been a valuable asset to all organisation and has a wealth of experience as a successful small business owner.

    Michelle has a personal connection to the foundation, as she and Jason have had a 10year professional working relationship which ultimately lead to a 20year friendship today. So it was only natural that Michelle would be there to help Jason form the foundation and assist in achieving its charitable purposes.

    Sarah Jones


    Sarah has 15 years working in talent acquisition, recruitment and resource management in corporate and professional services. Sarah’s experienced in best practice talent acquisition, direct sourcing, executive search, employer branding, recruitment strategy, international recruitment and resource management. Having recruited and managed resources across several industries, Sarah has gained solid experience in professional services, banking, finance, FMCG and Energy Sectors.

    Sarah also has a personal relationship with Jason with friendship of over 5 years, and had no hesitation in helping with the foundation.
